| The cook, CanCooney Dan,
carefully selects the Buffalo, Beef, Chicken, Vegetables,
Chilies, Peppers and Spices that go into our Tamales. Our
"Masa" is made from a traditional coarse corn
meal that adds additional flavor and texture. The meat is
prepared using a slow cooking method, shredding the meat
and adding the chilies, peppers and spices. Dan's
unique blend of spices gives our Tamales that delicious
southwestern taste with a Montana flair.
Our Tamales are hand wrapped
using "Grade A" corn husks, then we wrap them
again in a paper Tamale wrapper that enhances the flavor.
Our Tamales are then steamed to perfection.
Our products are "All
Natural" and Beef and Buffalo come from
Montana Ranchers.
This entire process provides you
with a quality Tamale that you will thoroughly enjoy. Our kitchen,
meats, and manufacturing process are all USDA approved and
inspected.
